Q - Cake

We are in the year 2020. There is a pandemic outbreak around the globe forcing people to stay inside. The major communication tools are the internet using email, video chat, messangers and the regular mail. 

Due to the fact that I forgot the birthday of a good friend of mine, I wanted say sorry by baking a cake for him. At this point in time, flour is a hard to get item in super markets so I came up with the idea to send him a do-it-yourself piece of cake by regular mail.
